Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Public Mandatewebsite and client portal (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Access to the client portal is granted by invitation. You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
- You may not share your account or access credentials with others.
- You may not attempt to access data belonging to other users or organisations.
- You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Tender information
Tender opportunities, documents, and analysis provided through the portal are made available for your organisation's internal use. While we take care to ensure information is accurate, it is provided "as is" and you should independently verify any opportunity before acting on it. The Service does not constitute professional, legal, or procurement advice unless expressly agreed in a separate engagement.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Public Mandate. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed through the Service or in the course of an engagement.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Public Mandate shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where your organisation's relationship with us ends. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@publicmandate.co.uk.
